What's included in our fees
- All fees are inclusive of VAT where applicable and are payable at the time of booking. The exact price is confirmed on the booking page before you commit.
- Consultation fees cover the appointment itself. Tests, medication, dressings and third-party laboratory charges are billed separately and will always be explained to you beforehand.
- If you are using private health insurance, you pay the clinic directly and claim the cost back from your insurer yourself. We do not invoice insurers.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.
- Prices are reviewed periodically and may change. The price confirmed at the point of booking is the price you pay.
